Collections of decorative art and
ritual bronzes of early nomade age (VIII c. B.C. - V c. B.C.) include complexes of bronze
items - altars, cauldrons, censers and vessels from casual treasures. Excavations
confirmed connection of bronze complexes with ancient sanctuaries. It's territory is
restricted by Semirechye region and they are discovered at foothils and mountains, at
picturesque pastures, rich with grass, wood and water. Such amazing items, casted in
complicated copper and bronze forms are decorated with figurines of ounces, tigers, bulls,
horses, goats and other animals and birds and human images. These figures decorated altar
corners, edges and surfaces of censers, sometimes playing role of candlestics, handles and
supports. |
